If you flip through the most recent Yale viewbook from the Admissions Office, you will eventually come across a chart comparing each of the twelve residential colleges, and why each one is better than the next. One of the things listed with Saybrook is the fact that it has its own residential college orchestra, something that very few residential colleges can claim.
