Congratulations to this week’s IM Athlete of the Week, Jeremy “Slow Twitch” Lent (2011). Jeremy’s blinding speed on the XC course earned Saybrook’s men a spot in the upcoming finals.

Jeremy is owned in only 45% of Yahoo! Mixed Leagues. In comparison, Justin “I USED to be a high school track star” Chukumba (2010) is owned in an inflated 89% of leagues. Owners should nab Jeremy while they still can.

Honorable mention to Ian Halpern (2010) for his two tap-in goals against top-ranked TD this week to keep the men’s soccer team undefeated (and unscored upon). Maybe if Halpern put in that little bit of extra effort he would win one of these weeks. Let that be a lesson to you all–it takes more than talent to succeed in this league. You need to have heart.
