Congratulations to Nimit Jain, our first athlete of the week! Nimit’s passion for IMs and Saybrook paid off as he helped bring us big victories in pingpong and soccer. His come-from-behind victory against Berkeley in pingpong helped fuel a great end to the week, as Saybrook may find itself as high as third place when the standings are re-calculated.
Nimit will receive 30 IM points which he can use to get all sorts of cool gear and Squishe food. For Nimit, the possibilities are truly endless. The moral of the story is that you should come out and play IMs in the hopes that someday you too may win this high honor and bring glory to Saybrook. We’ve got big games this week and need A LOT of girls, so be sure to come out.
